Great fun for all the family, including the children, our VegWatchers days are designed to celebrate a seasonal favourite and explore new ways of eating and cooking with it!
Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th October is our Apple Weekend. On the Satuday there will be lots of tasters, recipes to take home plus our guest will be Judith Goacher, an apple expert who will be bringing along some of her apples and chatting about apples and orchard. On the Sunday we will be joined by apple and juicing expert David Upson of Appletree Hill, Stoke Farm Orchards, Suffolk. We'll also have apples on the menu in the Cafe. (Booking advisable.) Delicious!
Tastes of Lincolnshire will be joining us on the Saturday in celebrating Apple Weekend. Pick up the latest copy of Good Taste, the magazine from Tastes of Lincolnshire, with lots of tasty recipes from Rachel Green. Take a bite out of Lincolnshire's apple history with information from Good Taste writer David Hopkins and special apple recipes to take home too.
