Schubert Quartet in D minor ‘Death & the Maiden’

 

The Arcus Quartet formed in 2016 whilst studying at the Royal College of Music, London. Since then the Quartet have participated in masterclasses with Pavel Fischer, the Carducci Quartet and the Castalian Quartet, as well as taking part in the National Young String Quartet Weekend 2017 where they worked with several of the leading quartet professors such as Christoph Richter and Jan Talich. In March 2017 they made their Wigmore Hall debut with their performance of Schubert’s Death and the Maiden, which we are delighted that they will play for us today
