At the Grain Store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a memorable and enjoyable visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are set and maintained impeccably, including cleaning and resetting between customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Operate the till and process payments efficiently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• A passion for customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a smile.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Essential Requirements

• Applicants must be 16 years+
• To apply for the position you must be legally able to work in the UK.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our team as a Cleaner. You will play a vital role in the presentation standards of this new and exciting venue, providing an excellent environment for customers.

Skills

• Knowledge of health and safety
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Work as part of a team

Previous experience preferred but not necessary

Part time or full time including weekends
