Sausage cooking in the Farm Shop this Sat, FREE
(Sorry, this event has been advertised as "sausage making" but due to illness we have had to change this event. So sadly whilst you won't be able to see the sausages being made, you will be able to taste them and get some good ideas for recipes!)
Join us on Saturday 18 October when we'll be cooking different types of Phipps sausage including the wonderful Lincolnshire sausage. Amy Claridge (from our Cooking in the Kitchen Garden demos) will be rustling up some tasty ideas such as Lincolnshire Sausages with Doddington Honey & Mustard and Lincolnshire Sausages with Apple Balsamic and Onion gravy. See how to deglaze your sausage pan and make your own tasty gravy before you can say "Aaaaah Bisto!" - it's easier than you think!
And if it makes you feel like tucking into a large steaming and comforting plate of bangers and mash Saturday evening, then don't worry as there are Lincolnshire potatoes in the Farm Shop and plenty of tasty seasonal green veg fresh from the Kitchen Garden. What could be better?
No need to book, no cost, just pop in during the day between 11am and 3pm.
