Apple Weekend at the Farm Shop (free entry)
Join us for Apple Weekend this weekend (23rd & 24th). Entry is free and there will be plenty of varieties to try plus experts to meet! Great fun for all ages. On the Saturday apple lovers will be able to try lots of apple dish tasters, take home recipes or chat with Judith Goacher, an apple growing expert who will be bringing along some of her apples. Tastes of Lincolnshire will also be at Doddington Hall Farm Shop for the day, offering visitors a free copy of the latest Good Taste magazine. On the Sunday, apple growing and juicing expert David Upson will be present offering his advice to people who want to make their own apple juice from their windfalls at home. 10am to 4pm.
