BBQ Tasters & Ideas in the Farm Shop Courtyard Saturday
Enjoy BBQ cooking and recipe ideas, as well as tasters, in the Farm Shop courtyard on Saturday 16 July. This will be an informal 'drop by' cooking demo; our cook will be Amy from our Cooking in the Kitchen Garden sessions, also present will be butcher Sophie Nelson, from Hambleton Farms who will be able to answer your questions about cuts etc.
We'll be joined by Susan of SloeMotion who will be making summer cocktails for you to sample!
Dishes which will be demonstrated and cooked for you to try include: Sophie's Unusual Sausages, burgers with sauces from the Farm Shop, Moroccan butterfly leg of lamb, steak with Asian flavours and spatchcock chicken.
Cooking 10am to 12noon; 2.30pm to 4pm. FREE; no need to book just pop along.
