Cheese Day in the Farm Shop Saturday 25th FREE ENTRY
We're celebrating wonderful cheeses on Saturday 25 September as part of the national Cheese Week! Tash on the deli will be offering tasters and plenty of 'cheese chat' and Jane, the Farm Shop's food enthusiast, will have cheese dishes for you to try as well as plenty of recipes.
Also with us will be Joe Davenport from Cote Hill Farm, Market Rasen, an award-winning Lincolnshire producer which makes the marvellous Cote Hill Blue and Cote Hill Yellow (often called Yellow Belly as well) using milk from their own pedigree herd. Joe will be able to talk to you about not only how his cheeses are made, but also cheese production in general. A great chance for a chat with a local producer about a wonderfully artisan process.
Welbeck Bread will also be making some special Stichelton & Garlic Bread for us.
