Christmas Preview & Bauble Barn Opens This Friday
Our Christmas Preview is on Friday 11 November, 3pm to 7pm. Entry is free and includes delicious mulled wine and a mini mince pie. Included in the event will be the Bauble Barn opening.
Our popular and festive Christmas Preview is a chance to meet some of our producers, try some tasters plus get lots of great ideas about what to cook and eat this Christmas. Also, you will be able to preview the Bauble Barn and enjoy all the new baubles and decorations we have sourced for you this year.
Our own chefs have made their wonderful Doddington Christmas Puddings again, and the Preview will be a chance to see and try these.
Also present will be butchers from our own in-house butchery Phipps & Hambleton Farms. It's a chance to taste some of their pies etc., and chat about what to cook at Christmas plus pre-order your turkey, goose, game etc.
Producers present include Oldershaw Brewery, Welbeck Bakery, Bracken Hill preserves, Sloe Motion (Christmas isn't Christmas without sloe gin!), Mr Huda's Indian pastes, Tracklement (preserves etc), Divine Deli, Enotria, Green Dog, Sciolti Chocolates, Pipers Crisps, The Fudge Emporium and House of Sarunds.
Why not pop into the Farm Shop, enjoy the Preview then take a look in our Bauble Barn? On your way to the Bauble Barn you'll pass 'India Jane at Doddington Hall', our new interiors store located next to our Farm Shop Courtyard - this will be open so please feel welcome to pop in and browse.
