Cooking in the Kitchen Garden Saturday 11 June 11am FREE ENTRY
Cooking in the Kitchen Garden returns this Saturday - a chance to enjoy Kitchen Garden and local produce plus pick up some new ideas! At the first demo of the summer, Amy will be making Raita / Malaysian-inspired Vegetable Pancakes / Kitchen Garden Eggah / Posh Peas / Strawberry & Mint Sorbet. Once the dishes are cooked, it is your job to polish them off! Take the recipes home.
Entry is free and does not need booking. Cooking starts at 11am. You are welcome to stay for one or all the dishes - these demos are informal. There will be a free raffle for a hardback cook book.
To find the demos: come into the Kitchen Garden (gate to the left of the Gatehouse as you stand in front of the Hall facing it). Turn left past the greenhouses. You will find us after the potting sheds, near the dipping pond.
