Dogs around Doddington this Sunday
If you have a four-legged canine chum, be sure to take part in Dogs around Doddington on Sunday! Every dog taking part gets a rosette and you may win one of two pet hamper prizes.
Again, we are raising money for two good causes - The Lincolnshire Greyhound Trust and the Church Windows Appeal at St Peter's Church Doddington. Come and help raise funds, and have a fun morning in the process.
We'll be wagging tails and putting our best paws forward for the chance to stroll through our Gardens and Estate with our dogs by kind permission of James & Claire Birch. (Dogs are not normally permitted in the Gardens.) We'll be gathering at 9am then it will be 'dogs away' at 9.30 prompt. Your walk will take you between 30mins and an hour depending on which route you prefer and suits your dog. (You could extend your walk a little further than this.)
We're inviting you to either raise money through sponsorship (we will provide the forms etc) or make a donation (suggested minimum donation £15). Everyone welcome, all types of dog welcome.
There will be two doggy-inspired prizes: one for the Most Amount Raised and one for The Dog Amy Would Most Like To Take Home. The prizes for these have been kindly donated by VIPs Pet Services who will also be on hand on the day if you'd like to chat.
