Flowers & Food event, Thursday 8 October
Many of us are now growing a few veg or herbs for use in our kitchen, but what about growing more flowers for both arranging and cooking? Rachel, from cutting garden Catkin Flowers based in the Kitchen Garden, will talk us through seasonal flowers and also she'll show you a range ways to display them beautifully in your home.
Amy, from our popular Cooking in the Kitchen Garden sessions, will demonstrate delicious dishes that include edible flowers as either gentle ingredients or garnishes as well as Kitchen Garden produce. You'll then be eating the dishes for lunch.
Includes cake and tea /coffee. 10am to 2pm. £30 per person.
