Irises & Bank Holiday Weekend at Doddington
A really enjoyable Bank Holiday Weekend awaits you at Doddington. Iris Week continues throughout the weekend and concludes on Bank Holiday Monday. The herbaceous borders are looking lovely, and the Wild Gardens are so romantic with lush long grass, cow parsley and forget-me-nots. Elsewhere in the Gardens, a host of cheery scarecrows awaits you in the Kitchen Garden as we are displaying those that were entered into our competition by local school children. They are fabulous, and all very different. Pop and meet them!
The Gardens are open every day (as it is Iris Week) from 11am to 5pm (last admission 4.30pm). Please click here for admission.
The House is open both Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday, with many attractive and interesting rooms to discover and enjoy. The House opens 1pm to 5pm (last entry 4.30pm).Please click here for admission.
