'Learn to make jam' workshop this Saturday
Home-made jam is delicious and the perfect way to preserve seasonal gluts. Our jam workshop is ideal for beginners and novices who want to have a go at making jam with Doddington produce.
On Saturday 10 July we have two workshops, one at 10am and one at 2pm. (Duration of each approx. 2 hours.) Due to cancellations we have a couple of places available.
You’ll be taking home a few pots of the jam, included in the price, plus some notes to help you make jam at home. Your ‘jam mistress’ for the workshop will be Amy from our Cooking in the Kitchen Garden sessions, a keen preserver herself!
£19pp includes tea / coffee and cake on arrival and of course those lovely jars of jam you’ll be taking home! (Please bring along a few jars, with or without lids.)
