The experts from Phipps Butchers will be creating the perfect pork pie right in front of you. How do they get the sides so high? How much pork goes in? Where does the pork come from? How does the pastry become so golden? Find out all this, and more, then get down to the hard work of tasting. Lots of fun for all the family.
