Climate change is impacting the world of wine significantly, many regions are finding their traditional grape varieties are no longer performing well or they are struggling with yields and diseases. Other areas are finding it easier to produce quality wines. We will be trying wines from a variety of locations – Croatia, Georgia and India to name a few. Enjoy some nibbles from our Chefs as we taste these fascinating wines.
