Join us for Padel & PT at Doddington Hall

This fun, high-energy session combines padel and circuit training. Enjoy 45 minutes training with padel coach Sam Bass, followed by 45 minutes of circuits with PT Amy Rockall.

The perfect mix of fitness, fun, and friendly competition – all on court!

Book your spot early, spaces are limited.

Schedule:

  • 1:00–1:45pm – Padel session
  • 1:45–2:30pm – PT circuit training

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable sports clothing & trainers
  • Padel racket (limited spares available)
  • Water bottles & towel
  • Lots of energy & good vibes!

Handy information:

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start promptly
  • All fitness levels welcome – our coaches will tailor the session to suit everyone
  • We’ll finish with a cool down and stretch
