A legend of the British racing scene, Dean won over 70 races in his career (including our home race – the Lincoln GP!) and is now one of best UK-based cycling coaches. Hear fascinating stories from his racing career and also advice and tips from a coach’s perspective.
Elite British Women’s racing team. Riders from an intriguing variety of ages and backgrounds make up one of the UK’s most successful racing teams. Palmares include British Circuit Race Champions & Tour Series Champions. The team are gearing up for a season aboard their Liv Langmas supplied by Giant Lincoln. Hear how they are preparing for their race season, and how they so successfully manage to balance careers, training, and racing.

His experience includes working as performance coach to professional teams and individuals such as JLT Condor & Olympian Ed Clancy, not to mention his award-winning leadership training and consultancy services to large organisations.
