Celebrate the change in season with a 7 course tasting menu in the candlelit setting of the Doddington Restaurant.

As the leaves begin to turn and a breeze fills the air, we’re excited to unveil a seasonal tasting menu that celebrates the bounty of early autumn produce from the Doddington Estate along with the finest British ingredients. Our deep-rooted passion for fresh, locally-sourced ingredients takes centre stage as our chefs embrace the vibrant colours and robust flavours that this time of year brings.

Set in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, our walled Kitchen Garden has been growing produce for at least 400 years and still produces an abundance of seasonal fruit, vegetables, salads and herbs for all of our menus.

Enjoy a delicious 7 course evening dining experience complete with pairing wines. The wines have been selected by our in-house experts from the Doddington Wine Shop.
