This is a retreat designed for people who would like to explore the healing power of nature a bit further. We will do a mindfulness walk with guided meditations in the gardens and wider estate at Doddington Hall. We will then practice some energy work using flowers as a tool, using their unique energy signature to find out where you may be stuck. This retreat is more therapeutic in nature than the floral retreat where we do use the energy of flowers but use creative play as a way to process it. In this retreat, we use mindfulness meditations and flower therapy as a route to healing rather than just a day of respite. In other words, it is a little bit more intense but very powerful, beautiful and safe.
The retreat is held in the Catkin Flowers studio and flower therapy garden which is a purpose-built space in the walled Kitchen Garden at Doddington Hall. We will be walking in the grounds and this may involve sitting on the ground. You will need sturdy shoes and weather appropriate clothes. Lunch, refreshments and all materials are provided and numbers are capped at 4 people. Timings are 10am – 4.30pm and the investment is £110.
