Celebrate the change in season with a 7 course winter tasting menu in the candlelit setting of the Doddington Restaurant.

Our chefs have carefully curated a culinary journey that celebrates wonderful winter produce from the Doddington Estate along with the finest British ingredients. Our deep-rooted passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients takes centre stage as we embrace the robust flavours that this time of year brings. Indulge in the rich and vibrant flavours of the season, adding warmth and comfort to the cold, darker months.

Set in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, our walled Kitchen Garden has been growing produce for at least 400 years and still produces an abundance of seasonal fruit, vegetables, salads and herbs for all of our menus.

Enjoy a delicious 7 course evening dining experience complete with pairing wines selected by our in-house experts from the Doddington Wine Shop.
