Here at Doddington we pride ourselves on our food and hospitality. Our team of chefs produce sensational dishes using our own home-grown produce. Depending on the season we have fruit, vegetables and salad from our very own Kitchen Garden; beef from our herd of Lincoln Red Cattle; plus our own eggs; game, honey and foraged produce from the Estate. When we need something that we don’t grow ourselves we try to source it as locally and sustainably as possible.
