With accommodation also on the estate, you can transform your wedding into a multi-day celebration. Spend a relaxing night in our characterful cottages and we can arrange dinner the evening before your wedding - and breakfast the morning after.

The Coach House
Our historic Coach House is the perfect setting for any celebration. With multiple rooms and a private walled garden, this adaptable venue is suited to both intimate and larger wedding parties. Whether you’re planning a low-key gathering or a show-stopping event, our team will work closely with you to bring your vision to life.

The Garden Room
Enjoy a relaxed ceremony in the charming Garden Room, with Doddington Hall as a stunning backdrop. Situated in the historic Coach House, you will have access to a charming walled garden, perfect for a drinks reception after your vows. You will have exclusive use of the entire building for the day, as well as full access from the afternoon before to prepare.

The Walled Garden
There’s nothing more beautiful than a garden wedding at Doddington, especially when the Coach House wisteria is in bloom. Set in the shadow of Doddington Hall, this secluded garden is perfect for a spring or summer wedding. Your guests can mingle in the sunshine and enjoy canapes and cocktails on the lawn after the ceremony.

The Grain Store
Celebrate your love with an unforgettable twilight wedding in the Grain Store. A relaxed alternative to a traditional ceremony, you can marry upstairs in this award-winning venue, or outside on the balcony overlooking the Doddington Estate. With dinner, drinks and dancing in the same venue, this a stress-free celebration for you and your guests.

Asked Questions
How do we book a viewing?
To arrange a wedding viewing at Doddington Hall, simply use our online booking platform. Here you can select a member of our team and your preferred date. For your initial viewing, we will meet with you, discuss the details of your day and show you around the estate.
What is the booking process?
Following your initial appointment, we will check availability and pencil in a proposed date for your wedding day. We hold this provisional date for 7 days while you contact the Registrar or Church to enquire about availability and book your ceremony.
After 7 days, we require a signed copy of the booking form along with a 30% deposit to secure your date. No further payments are due until 6 months before the wedding, when 40% of the remaining balance is payable. The final balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding.
What is included with venue hire?
Cutlery, crockery, glassware, linens, staffing and a pay bar are all included in the venue hire. We don’t charge extra for any fixtures and fittings.
Will we have exclusive use of the venue?
Yes - Doddington will be exclusively yours on your wedding day. We only host one wedding per day. You will also have priority for booking our on-site accommodation.
Are Doddington weddings dog-friendly?
We welcome dogs at wedding ceremonies and for photographs. We kindly ask that they are collected before food service begins.
Do you only allow recommended suppliers?
We have an extensive directory of trusted suppliers whom we work with regularly and who are familiar with the venue, but you are under no obligation to use them.
Can we bring in outside caterers?
We do not allow external catering, and all food must be provided by us. If you have any specific requests, we would be happy to discuss alternative menu options.
Do you have wheelchair access?
The ground floor of the Coach House is all on one level and is wheelchair accessible. We have lift access to the Long Gallery in the Hall, however, the lift is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.
Do you have accommodation at Doddington?
Yes – you and your guests can book accommodation on the Doddington Estate for the weekend of your wedding. You have up to 12 months after confirming your wedding booking to reserve your accommodation.
