We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our Doddington Country Clothing team.

Hours

• 16 hours per week
• Flexibility is essential, with the opportunity to work additional hours during busy periods, weekends and seasonal events.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming shopping experience
• Assisting customers with product selection, styling and sizing
• Processing sales through the till system
• Receiving, merchandising and replenishing stock
• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping
• Helping to achieve sales targets and support the wider retail team

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous retail sales experience (essential)
• Has a genuine interest in fashion, country clothing or premium retail
• Is confident, approachable and enjoys building rapport with customers
• Has excellent communication skills
• Is proactive, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Is flexible and willing to work additional hours during our busiest seasons
