Our chefs have carefully curated a culinary journey that celebrates early spring produce from the Doddington Estate along with the finest British ingredients. Our deep-rooted passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients takes centre stage as we embrace a symphony of spring flavour.
Set in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, our walled Kitchen Garden has been growing produce for at least 400 years and still produces an abundance of seasonal fruit, vegetables, salads and herbs for all of our menus.
