We recognise that career progression is essential for our team. We offer a range of learning and development opportunities, allowing staff members to grow within their roles. We also support apprenticeships, working closely with Lincoln and Riseholme Colleges.
Respect
With so many people working across the estate, mutual respect is essential. Regardless of role, seniority or length of service, we aim to maintain a positive and respectful culture. Communication is key, and we ensure all staff feel seen and heard, whether in team meetings or one-to-one sessions.
