From warm classics like triple-cooked chip with sirloin and béarnaise, char siu pork belly, or Lincolnshire sausage with ale mustard, to chilled delights such as roe deer tartare, Doddington Gin-cured salmon, or wild mushroom tartlets – every bite is thoughtfully prepared to excite the palate.

Our BBQ Sharing Feast is served to the table, bringing people together over beautifully cooked, estate-reared meats and seasonal produce.

Choose two main dishes – from côte de boeuf and char siu pork belly to lemon & herb chicken skewers or gochujang brisket – with vibrant vegan and gluten-free alternatives also available.
