Giant Lincoln Bike Maintenance Class

A friendly, hands-on workshop covering everything you need to keep your bike running safely and smoothly – whether you’re brand new to maintenance or looking to build confidence.

During this two-hour session we’ll cover: bike parts and terminology, safety checks, cleaning and lubrication, puncture repair, key adjustments, and a practical guide to brake and gear maintenance. We’ll also dive into tubeless – how to plug/repair a puncture on the go, what to do when it won’t seal, checking and topping up sealant, and setting up tubeless (rim tape, valves, sealant and tyres). We’ll aim to work closely with everyone, tailoring the session to your bike and your questions.

• Fix a Puncture – We will show you the best way to change a tube and fix tubeless punctures.
• Fix a Broken Chain – Learn how to fit a quick link and get back on the road.
• Cleaning – Learn how to clean and lubricate your drivetrain and other moving parts.
• Safety Checks – We will teach you how to keep your bike in working order, preventing any mid-ride issues!
