We’re delighted to see so many birds enjoying Wilder Doddington. In particular, we are thrilled that the Great Grey Shrike is enjoying winter on the estate.

If you’re planning to catch a glimpse of this rare winter visitor around Wilder Doddington, please help us to protect both it and other wildlife:

• Remember that Doddington is a private farm

• Avoid disturbing wildlife and their habitats

• Respect the estate, its wildlife and other users

• Stay on the paths and stick to the designated routes

The birds’ interests should always come first. Never get so close to a bird that you cause it to alarm call or move away – you are risking its life if it can’t select the best feeding places. Following The Birdwatchers’ Code is good practice and will help everybody to enjoy seeing birds.
