Court Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment
   • All court bookings must be made via the Doddington Padel Court’s online booking system.
   • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
   • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking time will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time will not be eligible for a refund.
   • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, including adverse weather conditions. In such cases, affected bookings will be rescheduled or refunded.
3. Court Usage
   • Any players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
   • Courts are available for hire during the court’s operating hours. Access outside these hours is prohibited.
   • Players must vacate the court promptly at the end of their booked session.
   • Appropriate padel attire, including non-marking shoes, must be worn at all times.
   • Doddington Hall’s equipment and facilities must be used responsibly. Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the hirer.
4. Health and Safety
   • Players use the courts at their own risk. Doddington Hall is not liable for any injuries sustained while using the facilities.
   • First aid equipment is available at the Grain Store or Giant Lincoln.
   • Any accidents or injuries must be reported to Doddington Hall staff immediately.
   • Defibrillator is located outside of the Farm Shop entrance.
5. Conduct
   • All players and visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
   • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards Doddington staff or other players will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the premises without a refund.
   • The consumption of alcohol, smoking, and use of illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
   • Doddington Hall is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
   • Any damage to the Doddington Hall’s property must be reported immediately. The hirer will be held liable for repair or replacement costs if the damage is due to negligence or misconduct.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   • Doddington Hall reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via the website and noticeboards.

By booking a court at Doddington Padel Courts, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the termination of your booking and/or membership.
