At the Grain Store, we pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome, great food and excellent customer service in a unique setting.

We are looking for new service staff to join our front of house team and support us in our beautiful, busy restaurant.

The Role

As a restaurant team member, you will play an important part in creating a great experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service

• Taking orders and serving food and drinks

• Preparing tables and keeping the restaurant clean, tidy and welcoming

• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team

• Ensuring high standards of customer service, presentation and hygiene

• Helping the team deliver smooth and efficient service during busy periods

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and passionate about customer service

• Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic

• A good communicator who enjoys working as part of a team

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible and willing to learn new skills

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience would be beneficial, but it’s not essential as training can be provided.
