Here at Doddington we pride ourselves on our food and hospitality. Our team of chefs produce sensational dishes using our own homegrown produce. Depending on the season we have fruit, vegetables and salad from our very own Kitchen Garden; beef from our herd of Lincoln Red Cattle; plus our own eggs; game, honey and foraged produce from the estate. When we need something that we don’t grow ourselves we try to source it as locally and sustainably as possible.
Our shops stock a wide range of beautiful (and delicious) products inspired by our love of the finer things in life. We aim to promote local and homegrown produce; to celebrate the seasons and to champion the best British designers and artisans.
