This carefully curated menu showcases homegrown produce from both the estate and the surrounding county. Throughout the evening, our chefs will share the story behind each dish, offering insight into the provenance of the ingredients.
An optional wine pairing has been handpicked for each course by our sommelier, designed to enhance and elevate the flavours of your meal.
