This session is designed for complete beginners, so don’t worry if you’ve never played before! Coach Sam will guide you through everything step by step, with plenty of time for practice and fun.
By the end of your session, you’ll feel confident stepping onto the court for social play – or your first match!
Introductory sessions will take place on the following dates:

All equipment will be provided, just bring comfortable sportswear, trainers, water and plenty of enthusiasm.
