Perfect for getaways, flexible stays or special occasions, our holiday cottages and individual ensuite rooms are situated within a beautiful setting on the Doddington estate.

Estate Map

The Doddington Estate offers a total of 28 double or twin bedrooms in seven separate unique locations all available for short stays. All cottages and rooms are individually decorated with ample parking and attractive views of the gardens.

All five cottages are self-catering with spacious and well-equipped open kitchens, dining and living room areas. Warm and welcoming throughout all seasons our cottages provide you with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, bread, milk and biscuits for your stay, so you can simply just sit back and relax!

Just on the doorstep, you can buy fabulous locally sourced and homegrown produce from our award-winning Farm Shop. Alternatively, why not eat at one of our cafés, open daily for breakfast and lunch. Our Grain Store Restaurant serves an à la carte menu every Friday and Saturday evening.

Lincolnshire is a great landscape to explore on two wheels and with our Giant Lincoln Bike Shop situated just a stone’s throw from our holiday cottages, we’re here to cater to all your bicycle hire needs.

Dogs are welcome in our pet-friendly Holiday Cottage, Holly Farm.

"We had a great stay at Holly Farm on the Doddington Estate. From start to finish it was a good experience. Holly Farm was well furnished, the rooms were spacious and the place was immaculately clean and warm. We enjoyed a walk round the estate, a trip to Lincoln, an excellent game of padel tennis and a wonderful meal at the Grain Store Restaurant. It could not have been a better family stay. Thank you."

"10 friends with over 45 years of friendship came to celebrate a 50th birthday. Gorgeous house with en suite in every bedroom, godsend! Great hosts and great communication. On a large estate about 12 minutes drive away from Lincoln which was perfect for us as our plans were to go into Lincoln for the day. Fresh bread and milk provided on arrival along with tea/coffee etc, lovely touch. Lovely restaurant and café on site, we only went to the café but the food was lovely. Would highly recommend a stay here and hopefully in the future we will go back."

SHORT TERM OCCUPANCY

Grange Farm is also available for short term occupancy (long stays) – ideal for between house moves or while having worked carried out at home.

A rustic and charming luxury property, set in the Wilder Doddington landscape. Situated just ¾ mile from Doddington Hall on the perimeter of the estate with easy access to Lincoln City centre or the A46 for Newark and the A1. Grange Farm is a fully furnished 4 bedroom property sleeping up to 8 guests.

Grange Farm comprises of the following:

  • 2 reception rooms
  • Large dining room
  • Large kitchen
  • 4 bedrooms
  • 2 ensuites & a family bathroom
  • Private garden
  • On-site parking

Short occupancy – all bills included:

  • Council Tax
  • TV Licence
  • Wi-Fi Broadband

  • Water
  • Optional – weekly hotel bed linen and towels

Available as a short term occupancy and will not be subject to a Tenancy Agreement.

Minimum term one month.

Our Bike Shop has a wide range of high quality, fully serviced Giant and Liv bicycles for hire – perfect for a day trip into Lincoln city centre or a ride around the lovely Lincolnshire countryside.
