COVID-19 UPDATE

STAY SAFE

To ensure the safety of both our visitors and staff, we ask that you adhere to the safety measures in place and current Government restrictions. We very much appreciate your understanding and continued support during this period.

  • HANDS –please use the hand sanitiser provided
  • FACE –please wear a face covering unless seated to eat/drink  
  • SPACE – please adhere to social distancing at all times
  • FRESH AIR –meet in the fresh air and adhere to the rule of six / two households

REPAIR & RESTORATION

Please note that the Hall is currently clad in scaffolding due to extensive restoration work to the fabric of the building so please respect any barriers in place to keep you safe. This is a once in a generation opportunity to repair the fabric of the Hall and several large sections of garden wall. 

The Hall is due to reopen from Sunday 23 May, the scaffolding is currently in the process of being dismantled and is expected to be fully removed by early-mid June.

OPENING TIMES

HALL & GARDENS: The Hall & Gardens will reopen from Sunday 23 May; Sundays, Bank Holiday Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by timed ticket only.

In addition the Gardens will be open daily 23 May-6 June, 10am-4pm (Thurs 27 May 10am-2pm & Closed Sat 5 June). Last entry one hour before closing.

BOOK TICKETS

SHOPPING: The Farm Shop, Home Store, Farrow & Ball, Country Clothing and Bike Shop are open daily.

EATING: The Cafe and Coffee Shop are open daily for food/drink service. Afternoon Tea is served Wednesday – Sunday & Bank Holiday Mondays in the Doddington Tea Room.
