SPRING BULB PAGEANT

Golden lent lilies are now taking the lead with wood anemones and dog’s tooth violets joining the Spring Bulb Pageant, providing pops of purple and pink amongst drifts of daffodils.

Open Wed, Fri, Sun & BH Mon plus daily opening for Easter 29 March – 14 April. Tickets on arrival at the Gatehouse. Free entry for Doddington season ticket holders, RHS & Historic Houses members plus 2for1 Gardeners’ World accepted.

Doddington favourites; local ale haddock & chips, Doddington Herd Lincoln Red burger, Kitchen Garden quiche, seasonal flatbreads and much more

Please note that we do not take reservations for the Farm Shop Café – tables are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

“Growing up at Doddington, eating seasonal produce from the Kitchen Garden and farm was the only thing I knew. I learnt to cook using what was on hand here as the seasons passed and my love of cooking and good food stems from this. I strongly believe that the fresh, good quality ingredients are the foundation of delicious food.

Our menus showcase produce from our own Kitchen Garden, pasture-fed Lincoln Red beef (dry aged for at least 28 days) and game from the estate along with wonderful local produce such as bread, cheese, eggs, meat, vegetables and fruit.

Our chefs cook everything from scratch, so you might have to wait a few minutes for your food, but we hope you will think it is worth it!”
