A professional artist and sculptor based at The Ropewalk gallery, Barton upon Humber in North Lincolnshire, Michael works across a variety of disciplines, with recent notable works including The Big Man, The Flying Machine and The Wallace Sargent Sculpture - which is now permanently installed in Sargent's childhood home town, Winterton, North Lincolnshire.

Using various materials including steel and bronze, Michael creates and constructs large-scale sculptures as well as gallery pieces, a skill was has earned him many solo exhibitions over the last two decades, as well as the opportunity for his work to be installed in public buildings and included in private collections.

One of our returning exhibitors, Michaels’ work is regularly shown nationally including work commissioned to complement 'Ten Drawings by Leonardo da Vinci' from the Royal Collection at Hull Ferens and other pieces being featured prominently in the launch of Hull's City of Culture, 2017.
