Ted started in the world of historic vehicle body restoration which gave him a wide and varied range of experience and skills in a wide range of materials. Around 15 years ago he decided to move his skillset sideways to create metal sculpture that blends traditional techniques in fabrication with an eye for the natural world.

He draws inspiration from industrial, aeronautical and Victorian futurism to create mythical creatures and forms. Fans will find Ted’s work lurking in sculpture parks as well as on TV’s Salvage Hunters, The Restorers.
